P went to his first concert last weekend. Prospect Park hosts concerts all summer (he saw the Metropolitan Opera there last summer) and scheduled a kid's concert for Saturday. He was a little overwhelmed at first, covering his ears and curling up on our blanket. But this passed quickly and he was a whirlwind of dancing and flipping for the remainder of the songs. We sat with both Yoav's and Malek's family so the boys garnered inspiration for the moves from one another :) At the end of the set we started to gather our blanket up but were joined by two giggling boys with thoughts of a swingin' hammock. As we finally headed out of the park, P still hadn't had enough of that blanket and wanted to be a human hot dog. He was Very pleased with the results...
